Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, risk management, or criminal justice
- Proven experience (3+ years) in credit fraud prevention, detection, and investigation within the banking or financial services industry
- In-depth understanding of retail credit products, including consumer loans, POS, Credit Card, Car loans, and associated credit fraud risks
- Familiarity with fraud prevention tools (fraud CRM system, device fingerprinting, behavioral analysis system), and advanced techniques for fraud detection
