Backend Developer 🪖DEFTECH

Це не класичний веб-бекенд — наші сервіси працюють на реальних пристроях у реальних умовах: відео в реальному часі, потоки даних, інтеграції із зовнішнім обладнанням.

Що потрібно робити

• Розробляти та підтримувати сервіси на Go, Rust та Python — у парі з AI-асистентом (Claude Code)
• Працювати з відеопотоками та даними в реальному часі (GStreamer, UDP/TCP, WebRTC)
• Проєктувати міжсервісну взаємодію через Redis
• Інтегруватись із зовнішнім обладнанням через мережеві та бінарні протоколи
• Деплоїти та супроводжувати сервіси на пристроях під Ubuntu (Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
• Працювати з хмарною інфраструктурою GCP (сховища, логи, аналітика)
• Писати тести та брати участь у код-рев'ю

Що очікуємо від тебе

• 2+ роки досвіду в бекенд-розробці
• Впевнене володіння Go або Rust (і готовність працювати з обома), Python — як плюс
• Досвід роботи з Redis або аналогічними in-memory сховищами
• Впевнене знання Linux (Ubuntu) — сервіси живуть на реальних пристроях, а не лише в хмарі
• Розуміння мережевих протоколів (TCP/UDP, WebSocket)
• Досвід з Docker та CI/CD
• Впевнене користування Claude Code як частиною щоденного workflow

Буде перевагою

• Досвід із GCP або іншими хмарними платформами
• Досвід із GStreamer, FFmpeg або відеообробкою в реальному часі
• Досвід з embedded-системами або IoT-пристроями
• Досвід оптимізації продуктивності на обмеженому залізі

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Trading Platform)

You’ll join us as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer , with your main focus on TradeZella , our trading journaling and educational platform. TradeZella syncs trade data from over 500 brokers and prop-firm platforms, runs backtesting against more than a decade of historical market data, and uses AI to automatically tag and analyze trading patterns for over 50,000 active traders.

We’re currently considering an allocation across two products, so there’s a chance you’ll also spend some time working on a trading terminal, a platform for reviewing and replaying trades designed for prop firms and traders.

We work in a spec-driven way: we plan before we build. If you’re a senior engineer who actively trades (hands-on, not through bots) and cares about building better trading tools, this role is for you.

Who we’re looking for?

A senior full-stack engineer who is also an active trader . This role requires both strong engineering skills and real trading experience. If you only code or only trade, this is probably not the right fit. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working across product, technology, and trading.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Comfortable across backend systems, including low-latency backend
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks ( React 18+ / TypeScript)
• Active, discretionary trader with 3+ years of experience: futures or crypto, day trading or scalping. Manual execution only , not primarily bot-driven. A track record of consistent profitability
• Spec-driven, AI-orchestrated development: you plan deeply and know how to work with AI agents effectively
• Experience with real-time market data: WebSocket streaming, order books, Level 2 depth
• Ability to produce your own product specs
• Ability to make UX decisions based on the UX guide and input from a UX advisor
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Would be a plus

• Ruby and Rust (we use Rust/Axum) experience
• Experience with high-performance browser rendering (e.g. WebAssembly, ImGui, egui)
• Familiarity with trading tools like footprint charts, DOM/ladder, heatmaps, market/volume profile, CVD
