Team
The project team consists of up to 20 people.
Position overview
We are seeking two Project Managers to deal with their project portfolio in two workstreams.
It is not a typical Project Manager role. You would need to deal with the project’s portfolio owning both coordination and organization of several workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Creating and updating the corresponding Github issues and boards
- Tracking project metrics appropriately
- Reporting progress weekly to Project Director
- Reporting blockers to Project Director as needed
- Following the client’s project management documentation
- Following the client’s yearly roadmap and planning
- Attending weekly client team meetings as needed
Requirements
- Professional experience working within the software engineering organization
- Previous experience as a Project Manager
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- CI/CD knowledge and experience
- Managing Agile teams or working as a Scrum master
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience leading engineering teams
- History of defining team mission & executing deliverables on time
- Team management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Spoken and written English

- Software development experience would be a benefit
