UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced Game Designer with a passion for different genres. The core expertise we expect is strong documentation skills, experience with Unreal Engine 5/Unity, prototyping and gameplay adjustments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Game Design with AA+/Double-I projects
• 1+ years of experience in Unreal Engine 5 and/or Unity
• Experience with multiplatform projects, strong console experience
• Experience in writing design documentation and a deep understanding of design principles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Ukrainian and English)
• Able to communicate knowledge and ideas (flowcharts, feature specs, data reports, etc.) to team members

Responsibilities:

• Creating design documentation (from pitches to design briefs and balance sheets)
• Working with Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints) and/or Unity: prototyping, configuring mechanics and parameters
• Developing game logic
• Balancing and fine-tuning game mechanics
• Communication with clients in terms of Design questions

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Custom engines, UE3/UDK
• Experience with remasters/remakes
• Understanding of the core audience of different genres on different platforms
• Strong blueprint scripting and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in game development
• 2+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
• 1+ years of experience with technical UI implementation in Unreal Engine
• Proficiency in Blueprint
• Proficiency in working with UMG in Unreal Engine

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, UI artists, motion designers, and engineers to implement UI/UX designs and functionality in Unreal Engine
• Implement finished UI/UX mockups from Figma into Unreal Engine
• Develop functional prototypes of UI/UX designs in Unreal Engine
• Implement animations and visual UI effects in Unreal Engine
• Create and configure UI materials of varying complexity (motion graphics, animations, and effects)
• Working with Blueprints: implementing UI/UX logic and functionality, creating and configuring UI systems
• Ensuring support for various input devices in the UI (keyboard/mouse, gamepad, touchpad)
• Ensuring UI support across different platforms and resolutions: PC, consoles, VR, mobile
• Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing the game's UI within the engine
• Advising the team on best practices and approaches for UI development in Unreal Engine
• Maintaining technical UI/UX documentation

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled VFX Artist to craft high-quality real-time visual effects for our project. You will be responsible for creating impactful and optimized effects that enhance gameplay clarity, atmosphere, and immersion. This role requires both artistic sensibility and strong technical understanding of real-time systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a VFX Artist in game development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-time VFX work
• Experience working in Unreal Engine
• Proficiency with Niagara particle systems
• Solid understanding of materials, shaders, and real-time rendering
• Experience creating textures for VFX (flipbooks, masks, noise maps, etc.)
• Understanding of timing, motion, and visual rhythm
• Ability to balance visual impact with performance constraints
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Create real-time VFX for gameplay, combat, environment and cinematics
• Design effects that support gameplay readability and player feedback
• Develop particle systems using Niagara
• Create and optimize materials and shaders for VFX
• Work closely with Design, Animation, and Tech Art teams
• Ensure effects meet performance budgets across target platforms
• Maintain visual consistency with the project’s art direction
• Iterate based on gameplay and performance feedback

Would be a plus:

• Experience shipping a game title
• Experience with stylized or realistic combat VFX
• Knowledge of Blueprint systems
• Experience with Houdini for procedural VFX generation
• Understanding of lighting and post-processing pipelines
• Experience optimizing for consoles
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python or similar)
