We are looking for a Solution Lead to bring technical expertise and team leadership to our software and AI projects. As the project’s technical lead, you’ll shape the project’s technical direction, lead the engineering team, and make day-to-day implementation decisions.

You’ll help clarify project scope, prepare estimates, and translate the agreed technical approach into an actionable implementation plan. Working closely with clients, project managers, and engineers, you’ll oversee development and launch, resolve technical challenges, and keep delivery aligned with business goals.

At Master of Code Global, you’ll work with a cross-functional international team on a variety of projects — from custom software development and Conversational AI solutions to technology consulting and AI transformation initiatives.

What We Value in a New Master

• Strong software development experience with one or more of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java.

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Understanding of service-based architecture and serverless approaches.

• Understanding of common database challenges and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD, with the ability to coordinate their application within a project.

• Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, and their application in software solutions.

• Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows using OpenSpec or similar tools.

• Experience defining technical scope, preparing effort estimates, and turning requirements into practical implementation plans.

• Experience providing technical leadership for engineering teams throughout development and launch.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences, build constructive client relationships, and address customer needs.

• An organized, proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, follow through on commitments, and keep the team informed.

• A flexible approach to problem-solving: comfortable exploring alternatives, learning new technologies, and adapting to changing requirements.

How You’ll Contribute

• Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define practical technical solutions, with support from a Solution Architect. Ensure solutions meet project needs and integrate with existing systems and platforms.

• Technical Scoping & Estimation: Define technical scope, prepare effort estimates, and plan implementation. Assess feasibility, identify dependencies, and explain technical constraints and trade-offs.

• Technical Consulting: Be the project’s main technical contact and explain complex topics in terms non-technical stakeholders can understand. Run solution demos, gather feedback, and adjust solutions as needed.

• Technical Delivery: Lead the engineering team through implementation, resolve technical blockers, and review code and implementation decisions. Contribute to coding, prototypes, and proofs of concept when needed, and validate solutions against business needs and technical requirements.

• Client Satisfaction: Keep client needs and experience at the center of technical decisions, and bring the client’s perspective into team discussions and planning.

• Quality & Release Support: Help the team meet quality, security, and performance requirements. Support customer testing, UAT, deployment planning, and launch, addressing technical issues as they arise.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Keep technical documentation clear and up to date. Share knowledge across teams to support collaboration and effective handovers.

• Strategic Initiatives: Support the company’s innovations and technical initiatives. Stay involved in technical communities and share relevant industry developments and best practices with the team.

• Continuous Improvement: Use AI-assisted development tools where they add value, contribute to technical best practices, and suggest improvements to delivery processes. Participate in post-project reviews and apply lessons learned to future work.

Combining project management skills with a product mindset, you’ll help shape product priorities and work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and business results.

Our projects range from custom software development and Conversational AI solutions to technology consulting and AI transformation initiatives. Depending on the project, you’ll help clients clarify their needs, support discovery, and turn ideas into clear requirements and practical delivery plans.

At Master of Code Global, you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional international team and work with clients ranging from mid-market businesses to established enterprise brands across retail, financial services, healthcare, telecom, travel, and education.

What We Value in a New Master

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management / Product Owner. Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.

• Hands-on experience launching software products into production, with responsibility for product decisions and delivery.

• Experience delivering projects with an AI component.

• A business-oriented product mindset: you’re comfortable making decisions, prioritizing value, and taking ownership of client satisfaction and business results.

• Understanding of the full product delivery lifecycle, including discovery, development, UAT, release, and ongoing product development.

This role is based at Master of Code Global and is dedicated to Zipify, a Shopify product company formed together with Smart Marketer. Zipify builds high-impact Shopify apps that help merchants maximize revenue and conversion. Our flagship product, OneClickUpsell (OCU), has generated over $1.2B in upsell revenue for merchants. We are evolving beyond traditional SaaS into a hybrid model that combines product, AI, and high-value services to deliver measurable growth for ecommerce brands.

We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to join our product team and take ownership of product initiatives throughout the full product lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with Engineering and Design to understand customer and business needs, identify opportunities, define priorities, and turn ideas into clear product solutions. You’ll be involved from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and analysis of results.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with data, changing priorities, and incomplete information, can make well-grounded decisions, and takes ownership of moving product initiatives forward.

What We Value in a New Master
