We are looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner to manage technology and AI projects for international clients. Combining project management skills with a product mindset, you’ll help shape product priorities and work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and business results.

Our projects range from custom software development and Conversational AI solutions to technology consulting and AI transformation initiatives. Depending on the project, you’ll help clients clarify their needs, support discovery, and turn ideas into clear requirements and practical delivery plans.

At Master of Code Global, you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional international team and work with clients ranging from mid-market businesses to established enterprise brands across retail, financial services, healthcare, telecom, travel, and education.

What We Value in a New Master

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management / Product Owner. Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.

• Hands-on experience launching software products into production, with responsibility for product decisions and delivery.

• Experience delivering projects with an AI component.

• A business-oriented product mindset: you’re comfortable making decisions, prioritizing value, and taking ownership of client satisfaction and business results.

• Understanding of the full product delivery lifecycle, including discovery, development, UAT, release, and ongoing product development.

• Experience facilitating client discovery workshops, defining business needs and success criteria, and translating them into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and product roadmaps.

• Experience evaluating post-release results, sharing key learnings with clients, and using them to plan the next phase or a change in direction.

• Practical experience using AI tools to support discovery, requirements, prototyping, or delivery.

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), risk management, and change management.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

• Experience managing projects for international clients and collaborating with culturally diverse teams across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

• A structured approach to work, with attention to clear documentation and practical processes.

• Upper-Intermediate spoken English or higher.

Extra Credit For

• Hands-on experience creating prototypes with AI-assisted or no-code tools.

How You’ll Contribute

• Take full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery. This includes managing requirements gathering, estimates, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communication, risks, stakeholders' expectations, and client satisfaction.

• Act as a Product Owner when required: define product goals, gather and prioritize requirements, refine backlog, and ensure value delivery for clients.

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs, facilitate workshops, run demos, and provide progress updates.

• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements for the development team, ensuring clear alignment and shared understanding.

• Drive effective stakeholder management: balance priorities, resolve conflicts, and maintain transparent communication.

• Manage and support team members, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Identify business opportunities for clients and propose solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Oversee risk management, including handling change requests and re-prioritizing scope where needed.

• Maintain clear and structured project documentation and reporting.

• Contribute to process improvements within the company and help shape delivery best practices.

This role is based at Master of Code Global and is dedicated to Zipify, a Shopify product company formed together with Smart Marketer. Zipify builds high-impact Shopify apps that help merchants maximize revenue and conversion. Our flagship product, OneClickUpsell (OCU), has generated over $1.2B in upsell revenue for merchants. We are evolving beyond traditional SaaS into a hybrid model that combines product, AI, and high-value services to deliver measurable growth for ecommerce brands.

We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to join our product team and take ownership of product initiatives throughout the full product lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with Engineering and Design to understand customer and business needs, identify opportunities, define priorities, and turn ideas into clear product solutions. You’ll be involved from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and analysis of results.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with data, changing priorities, and incomplete information, can make well-grounded decisions, and takes ownership of moving product initiatives forward.

What We Value in a New Master

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Product Owner to lead complex technology and AI initiatives for mid-market and enterprise clients. The role combines end-to-end delivery ownership, product thinking, and close client partnership.

Depending on each client’s business needs and stage in their technology or AI journey, you may lead classic software delivery projects, technology consulting engagements, or AI transformation initiatives. You will help clients clarify their needs, facilitate discovery, and turn complex ideas into actionable product and delivery plans.

Our clients include established international brands across retail, financial services, healthcare, telecom, travel, and education. You will work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

What We Value in a New Master

• 5+ years of experience in project, product, or program management within software development, including ownership of complex projects.
• Experience combining project delivery with Product Owner responsibilities and contributing to both delivery and product outcomes.
• Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses as well as enterprise clients and adapting to different stakeholder and delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience bringing commercial AI, ML, Conversational AI, or other data-driven products into production, along with an understanding of AI-driven development and AI-specific SDLC practices.
• A product-oriented mindset and experience with discovery, requirements refinement, backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• The ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships, align competing priorities, and navigate negotiations and challenging conversations constructively.
• Practical experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, and confidence participating in high-level technical discussions. A development background is not required.
• Experience managing projects with international clients, particularly across North America and EMEA, and collaborating effectively across time zones.
• An organized approach to documentation, structure, and process clarity.
• Advanced English and confidence leading client conversations, discovery workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex software and AI projects, managing scope, estimates, timelines, budget, quality, communication, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.
• Combine delivery leadership with Product Owner responsibilities: clarify product goals, lead discovery, translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive value delivery.
• Partner directly with SMB and enterprise clients, facilitating workshops, demos, and project discussions while presenting recommendations, delivery options, estimates, risks, and trade-offs.
• Bring clarity to ambiguity by proactively identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, and ownership issues, driving them toward resolution, and adjusting priorities or scope when needed.
