Обов’язки:

• Моніторинг відповідності законодавству про захисту персональних даних у різних юрисдикціях;
• Підготовка, координація та узгодження договорів про обробку персональних даних;
• Тісна співпраця з продуктовою командою та надання консультацій з метою дотримання вимог законодавства про приватність та захист персональних даних;
• Обробка запитів суб’єктів персональних даних, розгляд скарг та інцидентів;
• Розробка, підтримка та впровадження політик, процедур, стандартів та інструкцій з метою забезпечення відповідності законодавству про захисту персональних даних;
• Проведення оцінок впливу на приватність (англ. — Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) тощо);
• Проведення регулярних внутрішніх аудитів для забезпечення відповідності законодавству про захисту персональних даних;
• Створення навчальних матеріалів для персоналу та проведення навчання із питань приватності та захисту персональних даних.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the core functionality of Microsoft Office 365;
• Experience implementing and migrating Microsoft Office 365;

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience with at least 1 deployed classification model.
