Join our team as a Credit Fraud Lead! As the Credit Fraud Lead in Space International, a digital bank specializing in providing of universal banking services and retail lending in Uzbekistan, you will play a pivotal role in managing and mitigating credit fraud risks associated with our retail credit products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust fraud prevention strategies, conducting in-depth fraud investigations, and collaborating with cross-country and cross-functional teams to safeguard the bank’s assets and protect our customers' financial interests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, risk management, or criminal justice
• Proven experience (3+ years) in credit fraud prevention, detection, and investigation within the banking or financial services industry
• In-depth understanding of retail credit products, including consumer loans, POS, Credit Card, Car loans, and associated credit fraud risks
• Familiarity with fraud prevention tools (fraud CRM system, device fingerprinting, behavioral analysis system), and advanced techniques for fraud detection

• End to end design and delivery of machine learning models across different fields (credit scoring, antifraud scoring, income estimation, risk-based pricing, soft collection scoring, anomaly detection, data segmentation, etc.) through all phases of development: from design to training, evaluation, validation, and deployment. • Closely partner with credit risk portfolio manager, soft collection manager and antifraud manager to improve current retail loan products (Cash Loan, POS, Car Loan) through ML solutions.
• Process and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to get new insights and features: loan book, credit history report, tax report, debit card transaction reports, mobile payments, etc.

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience with at least 1 deployed classification model.
• Excellent Python skills: pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, OOP, Flask or FastAPI.

Now we are looking for a Collection Strategy Manager who will be responsible for daily monitoring of collection reports and metrics, conducting deep collection analysis, identifying trends and errors, developing/improving collection reports, conducting A/B tests, implementing changes in debt collection strategies, and analyzing the effectiveness of collection tools. The goal is to ensure efficient debt collection by analyzing data, optimizing strategies, and continuously improving collection reports and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Every-day monitoring of Collection reports & metrics
• Making a deep collection analysis and being able to make conclusions
• Detecting trends in Collection Performance and errors in reports
• Developing of Collection reports, improvement of existing ones and its delivery to Reporting Team
• Learning of the software programs used in Collection workflow from reporting perspective
• Conducting A/B tests to identify the best version of the collection strategy
• Changes in debt collection strategies
• Analysis of the effectiveness of collection tools

Main requirements: 

• Higher education in IT, mathematics / statistics, economics / finance
• Knowledge of SQL (middle)
• Possession of Excel at upper-intermediate level
• Working experience as a data-analyst in Fintech & Bank & Telecom will be an advantage

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing collection reports, conducting in-depth analysis, and driving improvements in debt collection strategies. You’ll also play a key role in team training and process optimization. 

• Monitor collection reports and metrics on a daily basis
• Conduct thorough collection analysis and extract actionable insights
• Acquaint yourself with collection workflow software
• Collaborate with the Strategy Manager to refine debt collection strategies
• Deliver training to enhance the leadership skills of team leaders
• Customize templates for SMS, IMV, and mail communications. Optimize scripts for effective debtor interactions
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure their successful implementation
• Track and oversee the completion of tasks assigned to team leaders

Requirements: 

• Higher education in economics or finance
• Proficiency in Excel at an upper-intermediate level
• Previous experience as a collection team lead in Fintech, Banking, or Telecom is advantageous
