Senior Business Development Manager - Master of Code Global

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will take ownership of revenue generation from the moment a qualified lead enters the pipeline through to deal closure and contract signing.

This role operates as a full-cycle sales owner (similar to an Account Executive) responsible for managing complex B2B sales processes in collaboration with the SDR, Presales, Delivery, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate combines strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

In addition to cooperation with SDR-generated opportunities, this role also contributes to market expansion initiatives, including conference participation, outbound campaign validation hypotheses, and new ICP exploration.

What We Value in a New Master

• 5+ years in B2B technology sales (custom software development, AI, cloud, or digital transformation).
• Proven experience managing complex consultative sales cycles.
• Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams (Presales / Engineering / Delivery) during solution design.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
• Advanced English.

Extra Credit For

• Experience selling custom AI development, AI solutions, Conversational AI as a strong plus.
• Familiarity with consultative sales approach.
• Experience working with SDR teams and outbound sales programs.

How You'll Contribute

• Own the full sales cycle from first qualified call to contract signature (discovery, qualification, solution positioning, proposals).
• Manage opportunities across all pipeline stages and drive deal progression.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, identify business needs, and lead negotiations.
• Collaborate with Presales and Delivery on solution validation, scoping, estimations, and proposal preparation.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and your own network, validate and create new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, ensure clear next steps, and visibility across deals.
• Contribute to pipeline forecasting and revenue projections.
• Work closely with SDR and Marketing: support meeting-to-opportunity conversion, share feedback on messaging and ICP, contribute to outbound initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and convert connections into qualified opportunities.

Middle Content Writer

This role is based at Master of Code Global and is dedicated to Zipify, a Shopify product company formed together with Smart Marketer. Zipify builds high-impact Shopify apps that help merchants maximize revenue and conversion. Our flagship product, OneClickUpsell (OCU), has generated over $1.2B in upsell revenue for merchants. We are evolving beyond traditional SaaS into a hybrid model that combines product, AI, and high-value services to deliver measurable growth for ecommerce brands.

We are looking for a Middle Content Writer to join the content team behind Zipify OneClickUpsell. You’ll write and publish high-quality content across different formats, focusing mostly on SEO-optimized blog articles.

We take an AI-first approach to content creation, and we’re looking for someone comfortable working hands-on with Generative AI tools throughout the process, from research and drafting to refining tone and voice for brand consistency.

You’ll work closely with the Content Team Lead, SEO specialists, company stakeholders, designers, and other content specialists to keep content aligned with broader business goals.

What We Value in a New Master

• 2+ years of proven experience in writing in English at positions like Content Writer, Copywriter, or Content Creator, preferably in tech/outsourcing/IT
• Ability to write different marketing and promotional texts in various styles and formats, from emails to e-books
• At least B2 level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General understanding of overall digital marketing channels, tools, processes, and latest trends in content
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for content creation and research
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Experience working with SEO tech tasks & keywords
• Motivation for professional growth and excellence, with a passion for writing and crafting interesting and compelling content, as well as technology and its latest trends

We take an AI-first approach to content creation, and we’re looking for someone comfortable working hands-on with Generative AI tools throughout the process — from research, topic discovery, and drafting, to refining tone and voice for brand consistency, and even using AI for SEO analysis and content workflows.

You’ll work closely with the Content Team Lead, SEO specialists, marketing stakeholders, designers, and other content specialists to keep content aligned with broader business goals.

What We Value in a New Master

• 4+ years of proven experience writing in English in roles such as Senior Content Writer, Senior Copywriter, or Content Manager, preferably in tech/outsourcing/IT
• Ability to write texts in various styles and formats, from short-form social and email copy to longer formats like e-books
• At least B2 level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, processes, and the latest content trends
• Ability to independently identify new topics and content ideas based on trends, SEO opportunities, and business goals
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for content creation, research, and content workflows — comfortable working with custom prompts, and ideally using AI for SEO analysis
