You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, leverage data from multiple large data warehouses, and create insightful analysis reports. Your insights will be integral in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs.
- Utilize and analyze data from multiple large data warehouses to generate comprehensive analysis reports.
- Design and build data models for reporting purposes.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide meaningful insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI.
- Create and automate regular reports and perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging BI technologies.
What You Have:
- Good understanding of Data Modeling.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and visualizations.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Experience working in a retail bank’s credit risk department would be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English and intermediate-level Russian language skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating the capability to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
