Who we are looking for
We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our SRE team in Odessa to work on an innovative Real-Time Collaboration Platform including Audio / Video calls, Geo Location, Conferencing and Chats. As a NOC Engineer within our Site Reliability Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous availability and performance of our systems. Your efforts will directly impact our customers and partners who rely on our services around the clock.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- You will work closely with our dynamic R& D and Support teams
- 24/7 you’ll monitor of our infrastructure and our clients' systems
- Reacting to the incidents, making decisions, taking responsibility
- Continuously improving the monitoring system
- Providing valuable support to our partners via phone and tickets during non-business hours, ensuring their needs are met
What You Bring to the Team
- A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience
- Your strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Solid skills in Linux and Networking administration
- Your familiarity with AWS services
- Your experience in technical troubleshooting
- A high proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Your availability for night shifts and the ability to work 12-hour shifts (8 am to 8 pm / 8 pm to 8 am)
Now, it would be fantastic if You Have
- Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana, CheckMK, Zabbix)
- Familiarity with Ansible, Docker
- Understanding or experience with GitLab, CI/CD
- A grasp of SQL principles or experience with SQL
- Basic understanding SIP
