Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Trading Platform)

We're looking for a Paralegal to join our internal legal team and help keep Railsware's day to day legal operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with our People Team, finance, and security colleagues, supporting everything from onboarding paperwork to yearly compliance processes.

This is a great fit if you're early in your legal career, curious about how legal works inside a fast moving tech company, and excited to learn by doing real work, not just observing it.

Your skills

• Degree in Law
• Understanding of core legal principles under Ukrainian, EU, and US law
• Strong tech literacy, ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Sharp attention to detail
• Curiosity, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn
• English: B2 or higher

• Experience working in or around the IT sphere

Your responsibilities

• Support repeatable legal processes, including data privacy, W-8BEN filings, trademarks registration, and other corporate processes
• Provide timely, high quality legal support to teams across Railsware, covering team requests, onboarding activities, and product or project related legal questions
• Prepare, draft, review, and maintain legal documents such as agreements and policies
• Support the company's compliance processes
• Conduct legal research on a range of legal matters as they come up
• Support the legal side of our cooperation with clients and partners

We're looking for a QA Engineer who cares about product quality end-to-end, someone who gets trading through real experience, professional or personal. Trading doesn't need to be your career; a hobby or a past chapter counts, but long-term investing alone doesn't. You'll join TradeZella, our trading journaling and educational platform, and focus on how the product works in real conditions: testing functionality, investigating edge cases, and resolving complex issues together with engineering, product, and support teams. This role requires a genuine interest in the trading domain, along with strong UX testing skills.

What are we looking for?

Testing & QA expertise:

• Strong experience with manual testing and end-to-end validation
• Solid UX testing skills beyond formal requirements (user acceptance testing, business acceptance testing, usability validation)
• Hands-on day trading experience (any market: stocks, forex, futures, crypto), past or present, professional or personal, with the ability to walk us through at least one strategy you've traded
• Experience in investigating customer issues and performing root cause analysis
• Experience in building and improving QA processes

Technical skills:

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including log analysis (CloudWatch, Logs Explorer)
• Good understanding of networks, HTTP, APIs, and web/client architectures
• Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Experience using AI tools for workflow optimization

Communication & mindset:

• Ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences (engineering ↔ non-technical)
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Structured, detail-oriented approach
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Playwright (TypeScript)

Your responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, test functionality, and identify defects, confusions, and edge cases
• Own investigation of complex customer issues through L3 support, driving root cause resolution
• Partner with engineering and product to resolve issues and improve system reliability
• Improve QA practices and elevate debugging and investigation standards, including AI adoption practices
• Support releases and ensure stable rollouts with active post-release follow-up
• Support and extend existing AI agents and skills to make the QA process more efficient

We're building a trading product from the ground up and looking for a Product Lead who is both an active trader and an experienced product manager. This isn't a role where one side is a nice-to-have. You'll be making product decisions that require real market intuition — understanding how traders think, what they actually need at execution speed, what separates a tool they trust from one they abandon, who the players in the market are, such as prop firms, brokers, data providers, what a CME license is, etc. Product management skills alone won't get you there. Trading experience alone won't either. At TradeFill in partnership with Railsware Product Studio, we build products that people love. What You Will Do

Product Strategy

• Contribute to and own the end-to-end product vision

Product Prototyping and Discovery

• Lead product ideation and prototyping - channeling that into discovery sessions

UI/UX

Product Analytics

• Constantly monitor and improve product success metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn, NPS, etc
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis of the web and product metrics using data from the product database to validate decisions
• Make data-driven decisions alongside the data analytics team

What we're looking for

Product Management

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Hands-on experience shipping SaaS products — B2C (end-user focus) and B2B (understanding sales workflows and processes)
• Demonstrated ability to own and communicate end-to-end product vision
• Experience with PDM frameworks, product analytics, and product design tools
• Experience running customer development and market research independently
• Experience delivering software products in the US and/or EU markets

Trading experience

• Active trading experience in any market — futures, stocks, crypto, forex, or or similar
• Day trading, scalping, and/or swing trading experience

Technical Background & Tools

• Technical background — you understand high-level architecture, can work directly with engineers, and don't need others to interpret technical constraints
• AI fluency: you use AI actively across research, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making
• Comfortable working with data independently: SQL or equivalent ability to run ad-hoc product analysis without always needing a data analyst
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
• General software literacy: comfortable navigating technical tools, dashboards, and developer workflows
