About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join a dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- Commercial experience developing Spark Jobs using Scala and Java.
- Experience in data processing using traditional and distributed systems (Hadoop, Spark, AWS — S3) and designing data models and data warehouses.
- Strong understanding and application of data structures and algorithms in building efficient solutions.
- Experience in SQL, NoSQL database management systems (PostgreSQL and Cassandra).
- Commercial experience using messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Experience using orchestration software (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt).
- Confident with building complex ETL workflows (Luigi, Airflow).
- Good knowledge working cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) and using monitoring software (ELK stack).
- Motivated problem-solving skills, ability to bring ideas forward and adapt solutions to complex challenges.
Nice to have:
- Experience of working with Python.
Responsibilities:
- Understand distributed technologies and the best practices around them.
- Build and maintain services/features/libraries that serve as a definitive examples for new engineers.
- Design and write effective complex Spark jobs (data processes, aggregations, pipeline), complex asynchronous, highly parallel low latency APIs and processes.
- Work as part of an Agile team to maintain, improve, monitor the company’s data collection processes using Scala and Java.
- Apply industry practices such as TDD and SOLID.
- Understand and be able to apply data structures and algorithms.
- Understand the company’s data architecture and use appropriate design patterns.
- Design and implement databases for relational and non-relational storage technologies.
- Support the Data Science team to help deliver their machine learning models in to production environments.

We are looking for an AI Technical Project Manager, who will join our team.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of related experience in similar role;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in CS, mathematics or AI (or, any other engineering degree + in-depth understanding and relevant experience with AI/ML technologies);
- Proper English level (Advanced) is a must;
- Experience in consulting projects;
- Completed courses on Data Science, Machine Learning topics (Certificates will be a plus);
- High level of communication, analytical, and presentation skills;
- Be curious and passionate about innovations, especially in the AI sphere.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in project management in different AI-based projects;
- Experience being an AI consultant;

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Data Science UA delivery team, tracking, managing and reporting all on-going project-based engagements;
- Establishing PMO and reporting procedures within the organization;
- Taking part in pre-sale/ post-sale activities to present the company properly and in outsourcing short/long-term projects;
- Be the «bridge» between business, clients, and developers;
- Building a trustful partnership with clients;
- Participating in communication with clients at all stages, including collecting requirements, scheduling meetings, follow-upping, managing expectations, working with deadlines, budgeting, reporting, etc;
- Additional activities related to public speaking, conferences, etc. within the company and our community;
- Ability to solve clients' cases in different ways based on gained company background and own knowledge.

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Machine Learning Engineer to become a helping hand for our internal AI/ML R& D team. Do you want to work on some real projects for our Clients and/or perform R& D of novel AI algorithms and platforms?
