We’re looking for a Market Research Analyst who can drive strategic decision-making and contribute to our overall business performance.

• Candidates from Ukraine must be able to travel abroad, it is a must.

🟩 Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify top-performing brands and new market opportunities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and ensure we are always ahead of the competition.
• Competitor Research: Analyze competitors’ strategies, products, and services, providing insights on how we can outperform them.
• Product Research: Identify new products, verticals, and markets that align with our business goals. Analyze potential growth opportunities and help us expand into new territories.
• Campaign Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on detailed data analysis.
• Traffic Optimization: Analyze user behavior and optimize traffic flows to maximize ROI. Implement strategies to drive traffic growth and improve overall performance.
• Data Systematization: Organize and display traffic data in analytics systems for clearer visibility of performance metrics.
• Initiative & Innovation: Continuously look for ways to enhance our analytical capabilities by integrating new platforms and tools as needed.
• Documentation & Processes: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, and establish necessary processes to ensure a smooth workflow.

🟩 What We Expect from You:

• Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or in a similar analytical role;
• Strong ability to interpret large amounts of data, multi-task, and handle various projects simultaneously;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — you’ll need to explain complex data in a way that everyone can understand;
• Proficiency in statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, or similar), databases, and MS Office tools;
• Familiarity with search engines, web analytics, and business research tools;
• Experience working with CRM systems is a plus;
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods and a passion for digging deep into research;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Upper-intermediate English or higher (B2 level) for clear communication with the team.

🟩 Conditions of Employment:

• Benefits: vacation (24 working days), sick leave (up to request and coverage 100%), team building;
• Term of probation period: 3 months;
• Salary details: Entrepreneur Contract in Ukraine, Service agreement contract Worldwide, Crypto (euro gross);
• Salary Review: once a year;
• Flexible Working schedule: Mon-Fri, and we operate in the European time zone.

• In-depth interview with your potential direct manager (around 60 min);

🟩 The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who can:

• Forge and nurture game-changing partnerships in the affiliate marketing space;
• Navigate the exciting realms of gambling, betting, crypto, and dating verticals;

🟩 Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of proven success in affiliate marketing, particularly in the gambling sector;
• A track record of closing high-impact deals and cultivating lasting partnerships;
• In-depth knowledge of traffic sources, optimization techniques, and pricing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid);
• Experience working across multiple geos and on both affiliate and brand sides;
• A strategic mindset combined with tactical execution skills;
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Upper Intermediate or above).
