🟩 Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of proven success in affiliate marketing, particularly in the gambling sector;
- A track record of closing high-impact deals and cultivating lasting partnerships;
- In-depth knowledge of traffic sources, optimization techniques, and pricing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid);
- Experience working across multiple geos and on both affiliate and brand sides;
- A strategic mindset combined with tactical execution skills;
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Upper Intermediate or above).

🟩 Conditions of Employment:
- Benefits: vacation (24 working days), sick leave (up to request and coverage 100%), team building;
- Term of probation period: 3 months;
- Salary details: Entrepreneur Contract in Ukraine, Service agreement contract Worldwide, Crypto (euro gross);
- Salary Review: in 6 months after completing probation period and continuous service with the company and then on 6 monthly basis from the last date of the review;
- Working schedule: Mon-Fri, and we operate in the Kyiv time zone, Ukraine.
