We are Data Science UA, and we are a fast-growing IT service company. We are proud of developing the Data Science community in Ukraine for more than 6 years. Data Science UA unites all researchers, engineers, and developers around Data Science and related areas. We conduct events on machine learning, computer vision, intelligence, information science, and the use of artificial intelligence for business in various fields.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our team. You would be a part of the business development team and help us to jump to the next level of our transformation. It will be your responsibility to develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy. It won’t be easy, but definitely very dynamic and interesting. You have a chance to join a fast-growing IT company and grow with us.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of working experience in Marketing in IT sphere.
  • Good knowledge of copywriting, remarketing, Google Ads & Analytics principles.
  • Experience in creating visual content for B2B audience.
  • Knowledge of different marketing tools and channels, ability to choose the right ones.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
  • Creative thinking is a must.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English and higher.
  • Ability to be adaptive to changing company needs with superior problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and able to multitask on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research, competitive research, customer research.
  • Support & Growth of corporate website.
  • PR/SMM team supervision.
  • Developing and creating marketing materials (promo materials, infographics, presentations, pitching emails) from scratch.
  • Test marketing materials in various user engagement channels and analyze performance indicators.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and the efficiency of PR activities (campaigns, events, social media, articles etc.)
  • Increasing inbound sales process.
  • Creating marketing strategy.

About the role:

Making and receiving voice calls are key components of our client’s product offering. The company’s customers complete many calls with their prospects on our voice platform on a daily basis. The Voice Services team is hiring software engineers to increase the momentum in this space. If you have experience in building high-availability voice communication systems with open-source real-time communication software and commercial communications platform APIs, we’d love to talk to you about this opportunity. Real-time system development is a little different from other web development. The features we build are inherently heavy on state, complex in workflow, and include extensive third-party integrations. You’ll have to be creative, build on top of a lot of existing technology, and stay focused on the company’s core value proposition of revenue efficiency. You’ll be building systems to ensure calling is simple, reliable, and crystal clear; so that our customers can reduce the time on clicking around or performing repetitive actions and focus on what matters most — interacting with their prospects.

Requirements:

  • 6 + years of experience building back-end services and shipping production quality code in Java, Go or C++, along with strong software engineering skills.
  • Proven technical and project leadership skills and able to guide and mentor others.
  • Experience with cloud-based service applications and continuous-deployment projects.
  • Willing to go above and beyond to help other team members.
  • Ability to prioritize details along a path of iterative delivery.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up new technologies and start contributing.
  • Experience with diagnosing real-time media quality issues (plus).
  • Experience with VoIP, specifically using WebRTC and SIP to facilitate real-time communication between users and with phone numbers across the globe (plus).

Responsibilities:

  • Working with commercial CPaaS APIs and open-source real-time communication software to manage calls, messages, and security.
  • Finding ways to engineer high availability into a system that has lots of moving parts, not all of which are directly under your control.
  • Working with stakeholders to make sure our customers have the tools they need to be successful on our platform.
  • Finding quick ways to prototype and test possible solutions to large problems.
  • Looking up and down the stack for the best return on investment for any given pain point.
  • Working on one of the most visible parts of the company’s product — to both our customers and the rest of our organization.

We are looking for a Project Manager (with technical background) to join us as a competent professional, being a coordinator and a point of contact for our clients and the developer’s team. You will help us to jump to the next level of our transformation, providing a high level of delivery for our clients, management of all of our outsource projects, and administrative support for our board members. You’ll build all PMO processes and artifacts. It won’t be easy, but definitely very dynamic and interesting. You have a chance to join a fast-growing IT company and grow with us.

Requirements:

  • 1,5-2+ years of project management in IT companies.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Hands-on experience in project planning and risk management.
  • Client-focused solutions experience.
  • Communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations.
  • Experience in working with service agreements/NDAs/etc.
  • Experience using task management tools (like Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • Previous experience in SE/DA/DE specializations.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (EE, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering).

Responsibilities:

As a Project manager (about 35%):

  • Effective presentation skills: the ability to conduct a call, ask the right questions, listen to the client, present the company and the team.
  • Finding out the details of the project, such as «scope», requirements, expectations, deadlines, budget, etc.
  • Follow-up (writing letters after meetings), informing the client about the status of the project, etc.
  • Reporting project progress/status to company management and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Taking part in pre-sale/ post-sale activities.
  • Managing project risks.

As an Account manager (about 65%):

  • Setup and maintain PMO processes to track the state of all projects.
  • Building and maintaining trust partnerships with clients, excellent communication to achieve win-win relationship.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service.
  • Working with customer satisfaction — receive regular feedback, improve the quality and client «happiness».
  • Teams performance monitoring.
