- SQL’s query creating;
- Testing and troubleshooting for software products;
- Configuration of business processes in BPMN, writing JS scripts;
- Implementation, deployment and support activities for Billing and Customer Care software: CRM, Billing, Rating.
- JSON, XML and REST API basic knowledge;
- Willingness to learn about the entire system in a short time-frame in order to troubleshoot issues;
- Problem-solving / investigation skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Highly motivated, adaptable personality, eager to learn new technologies and methods;
- Fast learner, responsible;
- Pre-Intermediate English.
Background and experience:
Bachelor (or higher) degree in computer science or similar field.
