Обов’язки
- Комунікація з командою та стейкхолдерами.
- Брати участь у всіх обговореннях і рішеннях.
- Пропонувати зміни та вдосконалення технологічного стеку та підходів на проєкті.
- Розробка нового функціоналу клієнтської частини застосунку та підтримка існуючого.
- Покращення перформансу та стабільності застосунку.
- Робота у невеликій команді з можливістю брати участь у розробці API, AI та клієнтської частини .
Вимоги
- Не менше 2 років комерційного досвіду з React i Node.js.
- Глибокі знання JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Досвід з SQL / NoSQL DBs.
- Володіння англійською та українською мовами на рівні В2 +.
- Досвід з Clean Architecture, розуміння Domain Driven Design підходу до розробки ПЗ.
- Вміння працювати у команді, відповідальність, орієнтованість на результат, здатність виконувати роботу у встановлені терміни.
Буде плюсом:
- Досвід роботи з LLM (OpenAI), навички Prompt-engineering.
- Досвід з AWS.

Main responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the credit portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Closely collaborating with credit risk portfolio managers to improve current retail loan products (Cash Loan, POS, Car Loan) in terms of credit risks by interpreting and analyzing data using statistical and visualization techniques and providing business recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and credit analysis for loan applications, ensuring adherence to risk standards and guidelines.
- Processing and analyzing large and complex datasets from various sources: loan book, credit history report, tax report, debit card transaction reports, mobile payments, etc.
- Regularly prepare reports for the bank’s Risk Management.
- Work with the team of IT business analysts and developers to implement relevant changes in product, decision strategy and scoring in relevant loan origination software and decision engine.
- Continuous search and analysis of alternative data sources for scoring model and decision-making optimization.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to communicate data-based insights: modeling team, soft collection, hard collection, and commercial team.
Main requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience dealing with large volumes of complex data.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings in English or in Russian.
- Excellent SQL skills: joins, sub queries, window functions.
- Strong Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) or R (dplyr, stringr, ggplot2) skills.
- Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, visualizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, computer science, information systems or related fields.
- Experience working in a retail bank’s credit risk department would be an advantage.

Main responsibilities:
- End to end design and delivery of machine learning models across different fields (credit scoring, antifraud scoring, income estimation, risk-based pricing, soft collection scoring, anomaly detection, data segmentation, etc.) through all phases of development: from design to training, evaluation, validation, and deployment. Ensure the designed machine learning model brings business value.
- Closely partner with credit risk portfolio manager, soft collection manager and antifraud manager to improve current retail loan products (Cash Loan, POS, Car Loan) through ML solutions.
- Process and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to get new insights and features: loan book, credit history report, tax report, debit card transaction reports, mobile payments, etc.
- Interpret and communicate complex ML solutions and results in clear and comprehensive way to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience with at least 1 deployed classification model.
- Excellent Python skills: pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, OOP, Flask or FastAPI.
- Strong proficiency in traditional ML for classification tasks: XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, Random Forest, Logistic Regression.
- Strong SQL skills: joins, sub queries.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex solutions in English or in Russian.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM field: Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Experience working in retail bank’s credit risk department and development of credit scoring models would be an advantage.
- Experience in time-series modeling and A/B testing would be an advantage.
- Experience with Airflow would be an advantage.
